Biswanath College to host international seminar on April 14

JAMUGURIHAT: Biswanath College will host an international seminar on 'New Trends in contemporary life and literature' on April 14 in collaboration with Freedom Fighter Prasad Singh Subba Memorial Academy.

The seminar will be attended by Prof. Govinda Raj Bhattarai, former Head of the English department of Tribhuwan University as keynote speaker while Prof. Anjana Wasti, Prof. Kumar Prasad Koirala, Prof. Vishnu S Rai of Tribhuwan University, besides Bijay Hitan, renowned eco-writer and environmentalist from UK, will grace the seminar as resource persons.

More than 25 research papers from the researchers and academicians will be presented in the technical sessions. This was stated in a press release by Dr. Chinta Mani Sharma, Principal of the college, and Anjan Baskota, secretary of Freedom Fighter Prasad Singh Subba Memorial Academy, Assam.
