BKWAC chief Mihiniswar Basumatary undergoes operation at Apollo Hospital in Chennai

KOKRAJHAR: The CEM of Boro Kachari Welfare Autonomous Council (BKWAC) Mihiniswar Basumatary on Thursday underwent gall bladder stone operation at Apollo Hospital in Chennai. His health is stated to be stable.

Talking to this correspondent, the EM of BKWAC Anil Basumatary who accompanied the CEM in the hospital said the operation of gall bladder stone was successful and his health is stable. He said the CEM had been suffering from gall bladder stone for a couple of months and he went operation on Thursday. Sources said the CEM was accompanied by secretary of Ex- BLT Welfare Society (Outside BTC) Bistiram Narzary and vice president of United Bodo People’s Organization (UBPO).
