Body of Nikhil Giri, a student of Class 8 in Dhaibari Middle English School recovered

DEMOW: The body of Nikhil Giri, a student of Class 8 in Dhaibari Middle English School who went to Brahmaputra with his friends for swimming on November 7 was recovered on Thursday. According to sources, Nikhil Giri was drowned in the Brahmaputra on November 7 and after that the locals and the Sivasagar SDRF team had a search operation but could not find him. The locals saw the dead body of the student floating in the Brahmaputra on Thursday morning and informed the Nitaipukhuri Police. The Nitaipukhuri Police reached the area and recovered the body and sent it for post mortem.
