Bokajan police recovered heroin from an oil tanker

HOWRAGHAT: Bokajan police recovered heroin from an oil tanker, hidden deep inside the belly of the container, on Monday near Khatkati, close to Dimapur in Nagaland.

According to police, the oil tanker registration bearing no. MN 05 C 1954 was blocked at the police checkpoint close to the Khatkhati CRPF camp. The consignment of the drugs was recovered inside two soap boxes and one plastic sachet weighing around 27 grams. One Roshan Kumar (27) of Manipur has been arrested in this connection.
