BTC deputy chief lays foundation stone of Inspector of Schools office at Kajalgaon

KOKRAJHAR: The deputy chief of BTC, Kampa Borgoyary on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of the office of the Inspector of Schools (IS) and District Elementary Education Officer (DEEO) at Kajalgaon in Chirang district in presence of former BTC Speaker Paniram Brahma and other officials of the Education department.

Borgoyary said the new office building would pave the way for infrastructure requirements of the department in the district. Sources from the education department said the new office building would be constructed at a cost of Rs. 2.57 crore under State Own Priority Development (SOPD) for the year 2019-20. Sources also said that the G+ 1 building would have 14 rooms, including general branch, conference hall, storeroom, RMSA, statistics and planning, account both in IS and DEEO.
