SILCHAR: Cachar Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli, on Wednesday, said the implementation of digitalization of project "Parvarish" would make helping a severely acute malnourished (SAM) child for everyone an easy affair.

Jalli, who launched the initiative "Parvarish" on the day in Rajabazar in Cachar, said now everyone can adopt a SAM child as per their capacity and it will help them to get a support in a easier way. Block officials will take care of that child after successful adoption of that child. On this special occasion, DC Keerthi Jalli and MLA Udharbandh Mihir kanti Shome felicitated ZPC North Lakhipur for his extra ordinary support in the project "Parvarish."

The Deputy Commissioner also urged everyone to visit official website http://parvarish-cachar.in for donation after successful implementation of Digitalization. Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli launched this initiative in presence of MLA Udharbond, SDO Lakhipur Ruth langthasang, ZPC North Lakhipur and other dignitaries.

MLA Udharbandh, Mihir Kanti Shome along with ZPC North Lakhipur Sudip Kumar and social activists Hemanga Shekhar Das adopted one SAM child each.

Harinagar BPHC SDMO Drubojyoti Nath also extended his support in terms of cash of Rs 10000 for supporting the successful implementation of project "Parvarish."

While addressing the gathering DC Keerthi Jalli said, "Now it was easy for everyone to help a SAM child after successful implementation of Digitalization of project "Parvarish", now everyone can adopt a SAM child as per their capacity and it will help them to get a support in a easier way, Block officials will take care of that child after successful adoption of that child".

DC Jalli stated that the Rajabazar block has been working for a long time as a team for proper and proper nutrition. "The Anganwari workers need to make further improvements, due to malnutrition, the health of pregnant women is deteriorating, with adequate blood and balanced diet, it is possible to further reduce the mortality rate of pregnant women. We must take pledge to build the district as a district to eradicate malnutrition" Jalli added.

"NIC Rehabilitation Center has been opened at Silchar Civil Hospital, so if there is any deterioration in the health of children or malnutrition, this website has all facilities for those who want to sponsor children, for strengthening the services of AWC this project was initiated". Jalli quipped. DC Jalli called upon all to make Cachar district malnutrition free.
