Cancer awareness programme held in Nagaon

NAGAON: In a joint venture, Nagaon Lions Club and Nagaon Gopinath Dev Goswami Commerce College organized an awareness programme on cancer in children at Polashoni LP School on the outskirts of Nagaon town on Wednesday. Dr Akashi Hazarika, noted child specialist of the district, graced the occasion as the resource person. Mala Sarma Bordoloi, president of Nagaon Lions Club, Dr Mrigangka Saikia, Principal, Nagaon Gopinath Dev Goswami Commerce College, and other dignitaries participated in the programme.
