Childline office under Ministry of Child & Women Welfare inaugurated in Udalguri

UDALGURI: In the effort of Rural Organisation for Social Service (ROSS), the childline, an organization under the Ministry of Child & Women Welfare, Govt of India office was inaugurated at Udalguri. Mr. Prakash Ranjan Gharphalia the DC Udalguri has inaugurated the Childline office at Golmagaon Tiniali amidst a function. He expressed that after the opening of the Childline office at Udalguri the victimized child and the cases of child abuses might be resolved amicably. The ROSS NGO will work with dedication to the cause of child. The meeting was also addressed by Mr. Ripul Das the SP of Udalguri and he expressed the problems of councelling in the cases of child in the area. He urged women leaders to come forward for councelling in such cases in the district. The meeting was conducted by Lalit Boro the secretary of ROSS and the meeting was also addressed by Gautam Saharia the District Child Protection Officer, Dr. Ganesh Das, Ms. Deity Roy Choudhury the Labour Inspector, Mazbat and Ram Upadhyaya the Journalist. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Jogesh Bora the President or ROSS and other distinguished person of the locality.
