Closing ceremony of Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Saptah, 2021 organized in Morigaon

MORIGAON: The District Social Welfare Office, Morigaon organized the closing ceremony of 'Matru Vandana Saptah, 2021' under Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana (PMMVY) in collaboration with the District Project Management Unit (DPMU), Poshan Abhiyan, Morigaon on Wednesday at Pobitora Haat, Morigaon. The objective of the programme was to celebrate the successful completion of Matru Vandana Saptah which was celebrated from September 1 to September 7, 2021.

The event was graced by the District Social Welfare Officer (DSWO), Morigaon, Santosh Kutum, DSWO, Kamrup (metro), Debajit Borah, the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) of Morigaon, and other dignitaries.

The programme was coordinated by the District Programme Coordinator PMMVY, Swarnali Talukdar, and the District Programme Coordinator, POSHAN, Runjun Devi with support from the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Morigaon. In order to appreciate the hard work and contribution during the Matru Vandana Saptah, 2021, the best ICDS Project, supervisor, Anganwadi worker and data entry operator were felicitated in the event.
