CM Himanta to attend BJP Yuba Morcha state executive meeting in Dhubri

DHUBRI: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will attend the state executive meeting of the BJP Yuba Morcha as the chief guest to be held on March 10 and March 11 in Dhubri.

This is for the first time that the state-level executive meeting is being held in the Dhubri district wherein all the executive body members of district across the State are expected to participate in the conclave for two days.

The Chief Minister will be joined by BJP Yuba Morcha State president Sidhanku Ankur Baruah, BJP state president Bhabesh Kalita, organizing secretary of the party, Phanindra Nath Sarma, ministers and host other state and district-level office bearers.

Talking to The Sentinel, president of Dhubri district BJP Yuba Morcha, Nirmalya Paul informed that the meeting of state subject body would be held in Xatrasal under Agomoni Booth committee on March 10 while the second conclave will be held in Dhubri on March 11. “On March 11, the executive-level meeting will be held at Dhubri District Library where Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will attend as the chief guest,” Paul said.
