Cotton University's HS admissions to commence from August 10

Guwahati: In the significant development, Assam's prestigious Cotton University has announced that the first phase admission to Higher Secondary First Year in both Science and Arts streams will be held on August 10 and August 11, respectively.

It has been reported that the admission process will be conducted online through the university website from 9.30 am and it will continue till 1.30 pm -- this will be applicable on both the dates.

As per the official notification issued by the University, all admissions will be strictly provisional until physical document verification is done after the commencement of offline classes in the university.

The second phase of the admission will be announced along with the respective second lists of provisional admission to HS First Year Science and Arts at the end of the first phase of admission.

Similarly, the following phases will be informed at the end of the preceding phases.

Notably, for the admission through quotas such as EC and DA, a separate notification will be issued shortly on the University's official website.

It is to be mentioned that for further information on the admission procedure, subject selection, and admission fees for candidates hailing from other states of domicile, one should visit the official website of the university at www.cottonuniversity.ac.in.
