COVID-19 cases rise to 63 at Goreswar in Baksa district

GORESWAR: The number of COVID-19 cases has touched 63 at Goreswar in Baksa district. According to report, 6 from Bhogpur village, 3 from Simila village, 6 from No. 2 Goreswar village, 2 from Bangalipara village, 1 from Hajalpara and 3 from Harijora village under Kaurbaha Block PHC in Goreswar revenue circle in Baksa district tested positive on Monday night. Swab samples were taken from these persons on July 23 and the report came on Monday night. Out of them, the six from Bhogpur and two from Simila village came in touch with Bidul Ali of Bhogpur village who died of COVID-19 on July 16.
