COVID-19 fatality at Jamugurihat

JAMUGURIHAT: The first COVID-19 fatality was reported at Jamugurihat. Hiranya Saikia (52), a businessman of Jamugurihat, died at Tezpur Medical College and Hospital (TMCH) on September 17. He faced respiratory problem and was admitted to TMCH on September 16. He tested COVID-19 positive on September 17. He leaves behind his mother, wife and a 10-year old son.
