COVID-19: Shops to Remain Open from 7 am to 12 pm in Sonitpur District

TEZPUR: In view of the prevailing COVID-19 situation in Sonitpur district, and as an outcome of a meeting held in the conference hall of the Deputy Commissioner's office here on Wednesday between the Sonitpur district administration and members of Chambers of Commerce and other organizations, it was decided that all shops and other establishments would remain open from 7am to 12 noon every day for the convenience of the common people. The Sonitpur district administration appealed to all shopkeepers and owners of other such establishments to kindly co-operate with the administration in this connection.
