CRPF 152 Battalion Conducts Tree Plantation Drive in Chaygaon

BOKO: On the occasion of World Environment Day, which was celebrated on 5 June, CRPF 152 battalion started a tree plantation drive in the Chaygaon constituency from Wednesday.

On Wednesday, 152 Bn CRPF Assistant Commandant Promod Kumar led a CRPF team and launched the tree plantation drive at the Gobodhan Medical Football Playground in the presence of Dr. Madhurjyo Goswami, Medical Officer of Chaygaon Hospital, Harichandra Kumar, Sub-Inspector, Chayagaon Police Station and the village headman of Choudharykhat-Lutumapara Revenue village, Samudra Boro.

Assistant Commandant Promod Kumar said that on the occasion of World Environment Day they planted 100 tree plants at the Gobordhan Medical Football Playground and his CRPF team would plant 500 plants in various places in Chaygaon LAC.
