Demand for ministerial berths for United People's Party Liberal MLAs

UDALGURI: The BTR Gorkha Samaj has welcomed all the United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) legislators and thanked the people who voted for change.

Uttam Pradhan, the president, and Dipak Nirola, the general secretary, demanded ministerial berths for three UPPL legislators. They also appealed to induct an MLA from the Gorkha community in the cabinet. The BTR Gorkha Samaj urged all the legislators to resolve the issues of NRC, land and D-voters which the Gorkha community people were facing in the State. Further, they appealed to BTC chief Pramod Boro to induct Madhab Karki as executive member in order to escalate the development and restore public faith.
