Demow Primary Health Centre organized COVID awareness programme

DEMOW: An awareness programme was started from April 30 regarding COVID-19 and the vaccination drive in tea estates by Demow Primary Health Centre.

On the first day of the awareness programme, in the three blocks of Athabari Tea Estate, namely Kaliapani, Athabari and Deroi, awareness meetings were organized. Jayanta Madhab Gogoi and Samiran Borgohain, both multipurpose health workers of Demow Primary Health Centre, and Mamoni Gowala, ANM, created awareness regarding the second wave of COVID-19 and urged the tea labourers to take the vaccine.
