Deputy Superintendent of Lezai Kolakhowa Model Hospital passes away

DIBRUGARH: Dr. Apurba Rajkonowar, the Deputy Superintendent of Lezai Kolakhowa Model Hospital, passed away on Friday while undergoing COVID-19 treatment at Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMC&H). Attending the interment of Dr Rajkonowar held at Rupahi Gaon, Duliajan Bhadoi Panchali on Friday, Deputy Commissioner Pallav Gopal Jha, on behalf of the district administration, paid tribute to Dr Rajkonowar and conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family. Jha in his condolence message stated that Dr Rajkonowar's sudden demise was a big loss to the district. Associating himself with the government health service sector, Dr Rajkonowar offered his service to all sections of people in the society with full dedication. His contribution towards COVID-19 war was significant and he would be remembered forever for his sincere service as Deputy Superintendent of Lezai Kolakhowa Model Hospital.
