Dibrugarh district administration to organize mass COVID-19 vaccination programme on Sept 17

DIBRUGARH: The district administration, in association with the District Health Department, will organize a mass COVID-19 vaccination programme, slated to be held on September 17.

In order to administer both 1st and 2nd shots of Covishield vaccine to all those people above 18 years old who are yet to be vaccinated till date, the district administration has called upon them to avail the opportunity and get themselves vaccinated in any of the vaccination centres set up in their nearby areas in the district. Aimed to vaccinate 45,000 people in the proposed vaccination programme on September 17, the people who have been vaccinated with the first shot of COVISHEILD during June 21, June 22 and June 23 this year can avail the 2nd shots of the same from any of these district administration's assigned vaccination centres.
