Digboi Press Club forms 9-member new executive committee

TINSUKIA: The Digboi Press Club in its biennial meeting held at Press Club premises on Sunday constituted a 9-member new executive committee with Raju Hazarika and Monuranjan Das as president and secretary respectively for the session 2020-2022 in presence of officials of Tinsukia District Journalists' Association (TDJA). The other members of the committee are Arup Kalita as vice president, Arman Ali as assistant secretary, Runu Hazarika as treasurer besides Nazrul Islam, Dinesh Gupta and Kiran Sonar. The outgoing president Ramoni Burgohain would remain in the committee as ex-officio member. The meeting was addressed by TDJA president Dr Rishi Das, TDJA secretary Ranajyoti Neog and vice president South-East zone AUWJ Kamal Talukdar.
