Director General of Police Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta visits Chatiya Police Station

BISWANATH CHARIALI: Director General of Police (DGP) Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta visited Chatiya Police Station (PS) on Sunday. He was accorded a warm welcome by Biswanath Police. DGP Mahanta also had a look of the historical building of the police station of the British era. Later talking to mediapersons, he said that the modernization of Assam police is going on in right direction and a lot of works have been accomplished in this respect. He also lauded the service of Assam police personnel rendered to people.
