District executive magistrate, Morigaon prohibits plying of heavy vehicles

JAGIROAD: Te district executive magistrate, Morigaon on Thursday issued an order vide 144 CrPC prohibiting plying of heavy vehicular traffic on the Jagiroad-Morigaon road from 8 am to 8 pm with immediate effect. As such, no heavy vehicles are allowed to ply on the Jagiroad -Morigaon road from Jagiroad police point to Morigaon College and vice versa from 8 am to 8 pm. The order has been issued following threat to human life and property arising out of the heavy vehicular traffic on the busy road and shall remain in force until further order, informed the DIPRO, Morigaon.
