District Magistrate of Biswanath prohibited movement of individuals between 7 pm to 7 am

BISWANATH CHARIALI: The District Magistrate of Biswanath has issued an order prohibiting the movement of individuals between 7 pm to 7 am throughout the district, except for emergency activities. This order has been passed ex-parte and comes into force with immediate effect. Any person violating these measures will be liable to be proceeded against provisions of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, besides Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and other legal provisions as applicable.
