Doomdooma Senior Citizens’ Association organise Orthopaedic screening camp for senior citizens

DOOMDOOMA: Doomdooma Senior Citizens’ Association (DSCS) will organize a free orthopaedic screening and health awareness camp for senior citizens at Doomdooma on August 6 at Doomdooma Natya Mandir.

In a statement to the press, president Gobind Phukan and secretary Prakash Narayan Patowari stated that the orthopaedic screening camp will be conducted under the supervision of noted orthopaedic surgeon and former Associate Professor, Assam Medical College, Dibrugarh, Dr Sushanta Baruah and it will begin from 1 pm. There will also be a special health awareness meeting at 3 pm to be addressed by prominent physician Dr Harinarayan Barkataki.
