Dr Dhananjay Parshuram Ghanawat is new Sonitpur SP

TEZPUR: Dr. Dhananjay P Ghanawat officially took charge as the Superintendent of Police of Sonitpur district. He was earlier serving as the Superintendent of Police, Dhemaji district.

Dr Dhananjay Parshuram Ghanawat took charge from outgoing Superintendent of Police, Mugdhajyoti Dev Mahanta who has been transferred and posted as the Commandant of Assam Commando Battalion Mandakata, Guwahati.

Earlier, the officials and staff of the SP office gave a formal farewell to outgoing SP Mugdhajyoti Dev Mahanta on Thursday evening.
