e-KYC verification for PMJAY-Ayushman Bharat card

BISWANATH CHARIALI: The e-KYC verification for PMJAY-Ayushman Bharat card has been going on in Biswanath and Gohpur subdivisions. Eligible beneficiaries with ration card, Aadhar card and linked active mobile number have been requested to contact nearby fair price shops, Gaon Panchayat offices or Anganwadi Centres by May 31, 2023 through an official order issued by Additional Deputy Commissioner and SDO (C) in-charge of Biswanath subdivision.

The beneficiaries may also contact their ASHA workers, ASHA supervisors. MPWs, Anganwadi workers, Bank Sakhi or Digi Sakhis concerned for the e-KYC enrolment, the notice added. The government will bear medical expenses of up to Rs 5 lakh per annum per family for the beneficiaries of this card.
