Ex-CJI Ranjan Gogoi's Mother Shanti Gogoi Passes Away

GUWAHATI: Former chief justice of India (CJI) Ranjan Gogoi's mother Santi Gogoi passes away on Friday morning.

Santi Gogoi is the wife of former Assam chief minister Kesab Chandra Gogoi.

The mortal remains of Gogoi will be brought to Dibrugarh today by flight.

Shanti Gogoi was ill for many days and was under treatment at a private hospital in Delhi and breathed her last in the wee hours today.
