Five add-on UG courses introduced in Lakhimpur Commerce College

LAKHIMPUR: Lakhimpur Commerce College on Wednesday introduced five new add-on courses for its undergraduate programmes under Dibrugarh University.

The courses are Foundation Course on Share Market by Commercial Law and Hindi Department, Certificate on Spoken English & Personality Development by English department, Media & Film Studies by Department of English, Self Defence for Women by Physical & Mental Wellness Cell and Foundation of Yogic Sciences by Physical & Mental Wellness Cell.

An induction meeting was held on the occasion in which the Principal of the college, Dr. Lohit Hazaruka inaugurated the add-on courses. The objective of the meeting was delivered by Dr. Dadul Rajkonwar, coordinator, IQA Cell of the college. Speaking on the occasion, Principal Dr Hazarika said that all the newly-introduced add-on courses would commence from the new academic session of 2022-23 along with the already existing add-on courses.
