Five child labourers rescued in Nalbari

NALBARI: Five child labourers were rescued by a team of Nalbari Child Protection Unit, CWC, Nalbari, Labour department and Nalbari police administration, recently.

The officials say that this drive was conducted under all child protection acts to ensure their security, equality and right to study. They say that this joint team effort would continue for few more days. The team rescued the child labourers from Madhupur Block, Pub-Nalbari Block and Pachim Nalbari Block. All the children have now been kept in child care institutions.
