Flood preparedness measures reviewed

GOLAGHAT : Principal Secretary, Revenue & Disaster Management and CEO, ASDMA visited Golaghat on Sunday. During his visit to Golaghat he inspected the BOP at Dagaon, Amguri, Chungajan MV, Rengma, Rangajan and also visited flood-vulnerable location at Borbali under Dhansiri Sub Division. Principal Secretary also chaired a brief meeting with the officials of the administration and reviewed the flood preparedness measure and directed officials for taking mitigation measures under DDMA. The officers present during his visit were ADC & CEO, DDMA, ADC & SDO, CIVIL I/C Dhansiri Sub Division, Commandant 3rd APBN, Circle Officers, DFO Territorial, Border Magistrate, SDPO, Assistant Commissioners, DPO, FO.
