Foundation day of Srimanta Sankardev Vidyalay celebrated in Demow

DEMOW: The foundation day of Srimanta Sankardev Vidyalay in Nitaipukhuri near Demow was celebrated. On the occasion, the flag was hoisted by Manuranjan Gogoi, president of Nitaipukhuri Branch Sahitya Sabha. The cultural procession was inaugurated by Pranab Sarma, retired headmaster of Nitaipukhuri Girls High School. The wall magazine was also inaugurated. Bonshibadan Rajkhanikar, president of Managing Committee of the school presided over the meeting and Bipin Dutta, headmaster of Srimanta Sankardev Vidyalay spoke about the aim of the meeting. Rajani Kanta Dutta, former Padadhikar of Srimanta Sankardev Sangha was present as chief guest.
