Four people tested COVID-19 positive in Barpeta district

BARPETA: Four people tested COVID-19 positive in Barpeta district on Thursday. They are Lintu Das of Shila, Jagadish Talukdar of Choulabari, Puthimari, Baljit Ram of ALTF, Howly, Barpeta, and Runumi Roychoudhury of Dakshinhati, Ward no 4.

The first three persons were admitted to Barpeta Civil Hospital, Kalgachiya and Runumi was taken to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital, Barpeta. Runumi Roychoudhury is the sister-in- law of Utpal Roychoudhury who tested positive on Wednesday and has been admitted at FAAMCH.
