Four Trucks Carrying Illegal Sand Seized by Digboi Forest Task Force

TINSUKIA: The Digboi Forest Division’s Forest Task Force led by DFO Akitikul Rahman seized four trucks carrying illegal sand and gravel without any valid document at Makum in Tinsukia district on Wednesday and handed them over to Makum PS.

The materials are allegedly owned by one Gukul Tanti of 6 no. Mahaldar of Doomdooma. Around 30 trucks fled in different directions after getting information about the seizure. The seized trucks have registration numbers AS 23CC 1308, AS 23 AC 3998, AS 23BC 8689 and AS 06F 7015.
