Free training camp conducted in Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: Under the auspices of All Moran Students' Union (AMSU), Doomdooma Regional Students' Union, Asam Moran Sabha(AMS), Moran Jatiya Mahila Parishad, Moran Kala Sanskriti Bikash Kendra, Doomdooma Anchalik, a free training camp for sports, military, para-military and police services was organized at Athengia Public playground from Friday onwards.

The Officer-in-charge(OC), Doomdooma Police Station, Inspector Ashim Bora inaugurated the camp. In his inaugural speech, Inspector Bora dwelt on development of sports talent. He urged the trainees to develop their rational thinking and focus their attention towards works with dedication and hard work so that they could come out with flying colours by appearing in the examinations arranged by Home department.

The inaugural function was attended by AMSU secretary Munin Dowrah, information and technology Secretary Arjun Moran and other leaders. The meeting, which was anchored by Padmajit Moran, secretary, AMSU, Doomdooma Anchalik, was attended by more than 50 trainees who took part in the regular training that started from 6 am of Saturday onwards.
