Freshers’ meet-cum-felicitation programme organized in Haflong

HAFLONG: Chief Executive Member, Dima Hasao Autonomous Council (DHAC), Debolal Gorlosa attended the 9th Dimasa Students’ Freshers’ meet-cum-felicitation programme of meritorious students which was organized by All Dimasa Students’ Union Maibang Zonal Committee at Dishru Cultural Club, Maibang on Sunday

The programme was aimed to welcome the new students and felicitate the meritorious students who had excelled in their academic pursuits. It was a great opportunity for the students to come together and celebrate their achievements. The event started with an opening speech by the president of the All Dimasa Students’ Union Maibang Unit, highlighting the importance of education and the role of students in shaping the future of the community.

The meritorious students were awarded with certificates of appreciation for their outstanding academic performance. It was inspiring to see the hard work and dedication of these students being recognized. The programme also included motivational speeches by guest speakers who shared their experiences and encouraged the students to strive for excellence in their chosen fields. They emphasized the importance of education in building a successful career and contributing to the development of the community.
