General observer reviews scenario in Mushalpur and Salbari election districts

BAKSA: The General Observer for Mushalpur and Salbari election districts arrived in Mushalpur on Thursday. Bhupesh Ch. Das, an ACS officer appointed as Observer for Mushalpur and Salbari Election District, after arrival took stock of the law-and-order situation of the districts in a meeting held at the Deputy Commissioner's office. In the meeting, he also reviewed the ongoing work for the ensuing election. Deputy Commissioner Ranjan Sharma described the whole scenario.

There are 350 sensitive polling stations in the district, as stated by Additional SP of Baksa, L.Dongal. The Observer is temporarily residing at the Mushalpur Circuit House, Bathouphuri. He also shared his mobile number (7636007201) so that anybody can raise any objection or allegation regarding the election over phone or by meeting him personally.

The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioners S.Sarkar, Dilip Bothra and Arun Kumar Brahma, Circle Officers N.Pathak, M.Das and P Doley and other officials.
