Golaghat ATTSA Protests against Privatization of Numaligarh Refinery Limited

GOLAGHAT: The decision of the Central government to hand over BPCL of (NRL) Numaligarh Refinery Limited to private companies, near the Deputy Commissioner’s office on Thursday. The activists of the organization shouted various slogans against the Central Government and slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The president and secretary of Golaghat ATTSA, Jagdish Baraik and Umasankar Kurmi said that the decision taken by the Narendra Modi government to hand over BPCL of NRL to private companies would never be accepted. Later, the Golaghat ATTSA submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister through the Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat.
