Golaghat District Commissioner Dr P Uday Pravin visits self-help groups

GOLAGHAT: District Commissioner of Golaghat District Dr P Uday Pravin visited the self-help groups in Panbari area of Bokakhat constituency under the Chief Minister’s Samagra Rural Development Scheme. Under the scheme, 450 Self Help Groups (SHGs) in Bokakhat constituency have been provided financial assistance by the government to earn their livelihood. In this case the District Commissioner inspected the functioning of the units under the scheme and exchanged views with them. The District Commissioner was accompanied by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate of Bokakhat Simi Karan and District Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Officer Dr. Satya Dutta during the inspection.
