Government Railway Police of New Bongaigaon seized Ganja

BONGAIGAON: Following information, Government Railway Police of New Bongaigaon seized a huge amount of cannabis (ganja) on Wednesday. Sanjib Choudhury, IC, New Bongaigaon GRP, said that he, along with his team, conducted a check at the general coach of Train No 15960 Dn Kamrup Express coming from Dibrugarh to Howrah. "We found one unclaimed dhol (drum) containing 4.5 kg cannabis and a pressure cooker containing 800 gm cannabis. No person was found. We have done a GD Entry in station diary vide NBQ GRP-IC GDE No 337 dated 20/07/2022," he said.
