Government Railway Police seizes fake gold at Kamakhya Railway Station

GUWAHATI: The Government Railway Police (GRP) seized 1.70 kg of fake gold in the shape of a boat from two individuals at Kamakhya Railway Station. The two individuals were identified as Juber Gani Bhai Golap and Majothi Salim, both from Gujarat.

According to GRP, they bought the gold at Rs 3 lakh and it was to be transported to Gujarat from Kamakhya railway station.
