Governor Gulab Chand Kataria holds review meeting in Kokrajhar

KOKRAJHAR: Governor Gulab Chand Kataria on Monday visited Kokrajhar and held separate meetings with Kokrajhar district administration on various issues. Kataria was received by CEM of BTC Pramod Boro and Minister UG Brahma at Kokrajhar Railway station.

He held the first meeting with Kokrajhar district administration at Kokrajhar Circuit House on law and order situation and visited Central Institute of Technology (CIT)-Kokrajhar and Kokrajhar Medical College and Hospital and interacted with the officials and staff of both the institutions and took the current status.

Later, in the evening, Kataria held a review meeting on implementation of BTR accord and developmental aspects in the region with CEM Pramod Boro and Executive Members of BTC at BTC Conference Hall. He also interacted with leaders of various organizations at Bodofa Cultural Complex after the review meeting with BTC leaders and attended the cultural showcase.
