Greater Dibrugarh Press Club distributed Relief items for flood-affected people

Dibrugarh: Keeping untold sufferings of flood-affected people of Lekai area in the district in mind, the members of the Greater Dibrugarh Press Club (GDPC) and Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuba Parishad (AJYP) jointly came forward with a helping hand and distributed food packets, each containing rice, pulses, potato, mustard oil, onion, salt, soap, toothpaste and other essential items among 200 people.

President of the Greater Dibrugarh Press Club, Manjit Bora, secretary of GDPC, Ratul Buragohain and senior members of the GDPC handed over the food packets to flood-affected families at a meeting held at the local namgarh.
