Guwahati Frontier, BSF troops rescue 110 cattle

GUWAHATI: Acting on a tip-off, BSF troops deployed on Indo-Bangladesh International Border under Guwahati Frontier rescued 110 cattle heads during special operations conducted in bordering areas of Districts South Salamara and Dhubri, Assam and Coochbehar, West Bengal. These cattle heads were being smuggled from India to Bangladesh taking advantage of the flood situation, stated a release.
