Guwahati Frontier of Border Security Force apprehends 2 cattle smugglers

GUWAHATI: In two separate operations, alert troops of Guwahati Frontier of Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended two Indian cattle smugglers along with 18 cattle heads from bordering area of village Kaleralga, PS– Kharuabandha and village Old Chowkichar, PS- Sukhchar, Distt –South Salamara (Assam) on intervening night of 21/22 July.

Besides, BSF troops of Guwahati Frontier in different operations launched in bordering area have seized 75 cattle heads, 34 bottles of Phensedyl and 8 kg Ganja, which were trying to be smuggled from India to Bangladesh, stated a release.
