HOJAI: The RTU (Rabindranath Tagore University, Hojai) is going to organize three days multi-disciplinary international seminar (Virtual Mode) on 'Education, Human Development and Sustainable Growth' in collaboration with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), Thong Nokbe College, Karbi Anglong and Krishna Bora B. Ed College, Lanka, Hojai.

The seminar will be held on November 27, 29 and 30, 2021.

In connection with this webinar there are three panel discussions have been also organized on 'Education, Human Development and Sustainable Growth'; 'Global Warming and Climate Change'; as well as 'Higher Education, Employability and Entrepreneurship' stated Dr Nazrul Islam Barbhuyan, chief convener of the seminar and assistant professor, Department of Education, RTU.

Interested academicians, faculty members and researchers/ research scholars have been informed to submit their papers relating to the themes. The last date for submissions of the abstract and the also full paper formats is extended up to November 10, 2021.

To encourage the paper presenters and al\sothe paper writers, the organizers have declared the 'Best Paper Presenter Award' and the 'Best Paper Award' (two) in each category. They will be awarded cash incentives of Rs 2000 each and Honour Certificates. Prof. Amalendu Chakraborty, Vice-Chancellor, RTU will be the inaugurator of the Seminar while Prof. Nani Gopal Mahanta, Academic & Education Advisor to the Government of Assam will be the chief guest on the occasion.

There are 20 eminent speakers and Resource Persons from Europe, America and the countries of Southeast Asia and South-West Asia. Dr Premnadh Kurup, LaTrobe University, Australia; Dr Ashifa KM, Istanbul Gelisim University, Turkey; Dr Gimol George, Nova Southeastern University, USA; Dr Prena Tambay, University of Bedfordshire, UK; Dr Shamira Malekar, The City University of New York, USA; MD Shabbir Alam, University of Bahrain and other noted academicians from different universities of the country will address on the occasion. The organizers invited the participants to contribute to the multi-disciplinary international webinar paper presentations for both theoretical and research papers with the empirical base on any topic related to the main theme of the Seminar.
