TINSUKIA: An uncertainty looms large over the holding of Gunotsav-II in 113 schools in Tinsukia district after the evaluation process was postponed following Tinsukia district bandh on November 2. As most of the evaluators will be engaged in the ensuing panchayat elections and university semester examinations, it will be difficult to fix the fresh re-scheduled date, said an SSA source, adding that setting new question papers would incur huge expenditure from the government exchequer.
In the backdrop of these developments, the schools affected want the government to outline a definite course of action instead of keeping them in indefinite anxiety.
