Hospital management committee meeting held in Sivasagar district

SIVASAGAR: A meeting of the Hospital Management Committee was held on Tuesday at the office of the Superintendent of Sivasagar Civil Hospital, Joysagar. The meeting was chaired by the managing committee’s permanent president, Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar district, Aditya Vikram Yadav. Deputy Superintendent of the hospital, Dr Ranjit Baruah delivered the welcome address while Dr Makhan Kalita, Superintendent of the hospital, outlined the objectives of the meeting.

The Deputy Commissioner took several decisions on developmental works along with the infrastructure of the Civil Hospital. He also suggested the Superintendent to take steps to carry forward the works in a phased manner. The meeting was also attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Health) Dr Mandira Baruah, Joint Director of Health Services, Sivasagar, Dr Bhupendra Kumar Das and officials of various departments, including PHE, PWRD, APDCL, Municipality, etc.
