IAS officer Swapneel Paul takes charge as new SDO (C) Rangia

A CORRESPONDENT

RANGIA: IAS officer Swapneel Paul, who was transferred as Subdivisional Officer (Civil), Rangia subdivision, took charge on Wednesday. Outgoing Additional Deputy Commissioner and i/c. SDO(C), Rangia subdivision, Dr Bedanga Talukdar, who has been transferred as i/c SDO(C) of Tamulpur subdivision, handed over the charges to Swapneel Paul.
