Illegal Sal Logs Seized at Brahmapur Forest Village Area

Gossaigaon: A joint team of green conservation, anti-corruption and crime investigation front along with the officials of the San-Fan range of Kachugaon Forest Division launched an operation at Brahmapur forest village area of Gossaigaon subdivision. They seized 15 pieces of huge sal logs on Friday. The seized items has been brought to the San-Fan range office for further enquiry. The value of the woods has been estimated to be around 3lacs.
