Indian Army personnel 'argues' with lady police officer at Saniyadi area under Hajo Police Station

Hajo: An Indian Army personnel allegedly argued with an Assam Police lady officer at Saniyadi area under Hajo Police Station in Kamrup district on Thursday evening.

Purabi Narah along with a team of police personnel had gone to a spot after getting information that some people were gambling, thereby violating the lockdown rules. When she reached the spot, the gamblers started arguing with her and one of the Army personnel from Bihdiya village under Hajo Police Station, allegedly had a spat with the lady police officer. After that the gamblers fled from the spot. Police have launched a search operation.
